Description of the problem	My sienna minivan with 38k miles told needs 4 new tires. Purchased certified preownen-21kmiles- report gave tires ok- paid $26k- tires rotated 1/2019 no word of tire dry rot- march 2019 told 1/4 in tread and rot starting. Read cargurus on line and 20 pages of e-mail reports of tire failures at 20-30k miles on siennas- multiple replacements necessary. No disclosure of this ongoing problem by dealer. This presents danger on the road if tires not replaced and economic hardship to car owners.
