| Description of the problem | Our sienna has experienced unreasonably excessive tire wear even with proper rotation. The vehicle has been driven normally and never been in an accident or had a major misalignment-causing issue. The outside tread of the front tires has been especially affected. This has lead to excessive risk while driving under normal assumptions about tire wear. The image uploaded shows the front tire (top) and rear tire (bottom). The wear is on the top tire on the right side of the image. Note that both sides of tires were nearly identical, indicating a toe issue or that there is a toyota design issue that leads to excessive wear. Incidentally, online forums and toyota dealership experiences have shown this to be a consistent and common problem |
