Description of the problem	Loss of acceleration after braking. Vehicle will cease responding to the accelerator pedal after braking, will continue to go slowly (~20 mph) for 3-5 seconds, then accelaration will resume. Happens at any time in any situation; brakes just have to be tapped to lose acceleration, has been happening since vehicle new.
