| Description of the problem | Sliding door issues - this is a follow up to previous complaints regarding issues i was having with getting the sliding doors on my 2014 toyota sienna fixed. The original recall did not solve the problem, the two warranty enhancements did not solve the problem, and it was finally determined that the sliding door hinges were the problem. I reached out to toyota motor corporation after having no luck dealing with the local dealership and the gentlemen i worked with on my complaint was extremely helpful. We were able to get the hinges replaced on both sliding doors for $140 vs $758 and they are now working as they should. |
