Description of the problem	Winter rear brake freeze up. Took the van to northtown toyota today & was told by the service tech. That the van can't be washed in winter because it causes the rear brakes to freeze up. This has to be a manufacturing or design defect. We live in niagara falls, ny & the van gets extremely dirty in winter & needs washing regularly.
