Description of the problem	The upper hinge on the fuel filler door broke which ultimately will cause the fuel filler door to not close properly or to break completely off. This is the second time this exact failure has occurred. The previous failure was two years ago. This failure happened over two to three years and was noticed when the filler door was misaligned.
