| Description of the problem | Fuel door began popping open. Upon taking it in to the dealer i was told there was a recall on it that had expired in april. This vehicle was sold to me after a elderly lady passed away. I bought the vehicle in november of 2019 and this is the first time it has needed any service. (this is obvious to see by looking at the mileage.) i was never notified of any recall before or after buying this vehicle. Toyota is now refusing to fix the recall. You can tell by the mileage this vehicle is in close to new condition. I do not think this is fair. I can supply a death certificate if needed. |
