Description of the problem	There is a recall on the spare tire carrier cable. I have also received a recall notice for the sliding door. I contacted my local toyota dealer( toyota of iowa city) located in iowa city, ia. I contacted them 6-8 months ago when i received the first notice. They said they would order parts and be in contact with me. I recently received a second notice concerning the spare tire carrier cable. I'm frustrated with their lack of response as this is not the first time i have had an issue with this dealership. The power drivers seat does not function properly and they were going to order parts for it. When i called about the spare tire i asked about the seat and she had no idea what i was talking about.
