Description of the problem	My car is revving uncontrollably and lurching forward when braking. The engine does not decrease its revolutions in lone with braking. Its either a transmission dropping to a lower gear and lurching forward ir the accelerator pedal us sticking. It happens all of the time and is unsafe coming to stops near croas traffic.
