Description of the problem	I took my car in for an oil change and asked them to check my tires due to my pressure light being on and the car was driving funny. Upon inspection it was discovered that there was a busted belt in the sidewall. This is the second tire i have had to replace in two months. Also, it was stated at this time that my car will not pass inspection due to wear on the tread and i will need to buy new tires before re-registering my vehicle. Car is less than one year old with under 20,000 miles.
