Description of the problem	Tl* the contact owns a 2011 toyota sienna. While driving approximately 25 mph and attempting to turn, a growling noise was heard from the rear of the vehicle without warning. The vehicle was taken to prime toyota route 2 (978-353-1700, located at 700 old union turnpike, lancaster, ma 01523) to be diagnosed, but the failure could not be duplicated. The failure recurred and the vehicle was taken to an independent mechanic who diagnosed and replaced the rear differential. The failure was remedied.
