Description of the problem	"takata recall" received letter from toyota on 7/25/16 that we had takata recall. We knew from checking toyota recall long before the letter that our car had a recall the takata airbags but not the seriousness of recall. Letter indicated the following: we are in zone a(high humidity- temperatures) degrades propellant which can cause inflator to rupture during air bag deployment. Metal fragments could pass through the airbag striking vehicle occupants and results in serious injury or death. Toyota says we should do this: do not operate the vehicle with an occupant in front passenger seat. When you have only one car this is unexceptable......... When they say this can cause death to front seat passenger what make them think that the driver may not also get impacted and cause another issue. Also what impact does this have on your car and medical insurance.
