Description of the problem	On june 15, 2016 around 4:30 my wife was driving toyota seina ltd van which is equipped with side curtain airbag another vehicle hit her van on passenger side front wheel from side while changing lanes this resulted tipping of van , seinna van was tipped on side and was drag on road over 100 feet before it stopped . Windows and front glass shattered while sliding there is extensive damage on car on passenger side and driver side as well as in front near passenger side none of the airbags were inflated despite significant impact
