| Description of the problem | Tl*the contact owns 2010 toyota sienna. During a routine oil change the dealer noticed that both rear tires were worn to the metal wire and that they could fall apart at anytime. The dealer agree to replace the rear member bar but could not confirm if that would correct the failure. The vehicle was in the dealers possession when the complaint was filed. The contact will notify the manufacturer and inform them of the failure. The failure and current mileages were 36,000. |
