Description of the problem	1. I bought a new toyota sienna 2010 in november 2009 and found the rails of the passenger side seat corroded in less than two months 2. The spare tire mechanism of the same car was found stuck and had to be replaced in the same time period. The dealer has replaced the spare tire mechanism but failed to address the issue of corrosion. I am concerned as this affects the resale value of my car and also if the corrosion exists in other parts of the vehicle which are not conspicuous.
