Description of the problem	Tl* the contact owns a 2010 toyota sienna. The contact stated that on occasion the rear hatchback door would not close with the electronic remote or manually. The vehicle was taken to the dealer several times for the failure, however, the dealer was unable to duplicate the failure. The dealer replaced the sensor strip and re-initialized the remote, but the failure was not corrected and the rear hatchback door would still intermittently not close. The vehicle was taken back to the dealer and they advised that they could not replace any additional parts. The vehicle was not repaired.
