| Description of the problem | While loading my kids at a parking lot, we opened the rear hatch with the remote control, it opened completely and when one of the kids was putting his stuff in the back the hatch started to close to the point in which it wouldn't stop. My wife and i had to hold the hatch to not let it continue closing with my kid in the way. The hatch continued to push down and pressing my kid. After a few seconds of pulling the hatch up, finally it came back and opened again, just to then close again by itself with no apparent reason. There were no injuries, just a good amount of stress for the 10-15 seconds of the incident. |
