Consumer writes in regards to sliding door cable assembly problems. *smd the consumer stated a few months ago, he had endless problems with the latch assembly on both sliding doors, which the dealership repaired, as they stated it was on recall. The consumer had to go back several times, before they finally fixed it. Soon after, the problem with the cable assembly on the passenger side door cropped up, and surprisingly, that particular part was not recalled. Due to the failure of the cable, the consumer was unable to open the door. |
