Description of the problem	Tl*the contact owns a 2010 toyota sienna. While driving at approximately 5 mph, the vehicle suddenly stopped and all the lights on the instrument panel illuminated. The steering wheel also locked up so the contact turned the vehicle off. Upon re-starting the vehicle, the failure reoccurred. A tow truck was called and a police officer was also at the scene. The tow truck driver noticed smoke emitting from under the hood of the vehicle upon arrival. The vehicle was towed to an authorized dealer.
