| Description of the problem | On march 19, 2019 the sunroof and sunroof cover flew off my vehicle as i was driving on a highway. My local toyota dealership had no idea why this would happen. I found out after speaking to my car insurance company that there is a recall from webasto, the manufacturer of the sunroof. The vehicle manufacturers should be 100% aware of this and sending out notices to owners. This could have killed someone and webasto is forcing customers to use a repair facility they choose. Toyota should be issuing recall notices and repairing these vehicles asap before someone is killed. |
