| Description of the problem | Vehicle accessory. I have purchased a harmar al625 scooter lift, purchased through spinlife (don't know which company is responsible). The installation instructions do not match the hardware provided, creating the possibility of injury or vehicle damage due to incorrect installation. Specifically, the instructions call for use of 2 "mounting bars", used to avoid drilling holes in the vehicle. Only 1 mounting bar was supplied, along with other hardware to apparently be used in place of the second bar. This is possibly required due to the 3rd row seating mounts of the sienna. There are no instructions for mounting the alternate hardware, nor have i been able to find any on the harmar and spinlife websites. Attempts to contact both companies have so far been fruitless. |
