Description of the problem	Bought this vehicle used from a dealer on 5/10/2014. Noticed "stickiness" on the entire top of dashboard. Thought it could be cleaned or washed off. It never came off. Saw in the media that this is a problem with toyota dashes-melted dashboards, sticky and can scrape surface off with your fingernail. There is a shiny glare to the dashboard.
