Description of the problem	While i was driving down the interstate (70 mph), the spare tire that is stored under the vehicle, fell off in the roadway. I live in south dakota and drive a lot in iowa and nebraska but none of these states are part of the standard recall even though these states use considerable amounts of salt on their roads during winter months. Since my sienna is not registered in one of the standard recall states, i never received a recall notice.
