Description of the problem	There is an open recall showing on our vehicle (recall #14v273) but we had this recall taken care of at a toyota dealer in germany (receipts attached). The german toyota dealer could not clear the recall in the system and our local toyota dealer in ellicott city, md could not clear the recall even with our receipts. How can i have this recall cleared in the system? It was an issue when we shipped our vehicle back from germany (since you can't have open recalls when shipping).
