Description of the problem	Tl* the contact owns a 2007 toyota sienna equipped with dunlop sp4000 tires. The contact stated that the front passenger tire was bulging along the sidewall. The vehicle was taken to an authorized dealer where each tire, except the front driver side tire, was replaced. Approximately seven months later, the failure recurred on both rear tires. The vehicle was towed to an authorized dealer where both rear tires were replaced. The failure recurred a second time within the next seven months on the rear driver side tire. The vehicle was towed to an authorized dealer where it was in the process of having the tire replaced. After each failure, the tires were replaced with the exact same type as the previous tire (dunlop sp4000). The vin was not available. The failure mileage was 35,000 and the current mileage was 73,000.
