| Description of the problem | We bought a van on 9/05/08 on 9/13/08 low pressure light came on checked my tire there was a bulge on the edge of the front drivers side tire that pulled it away from the rim dealership said it was a road hazard, and would not replace it. Van had approximately 18500 miles on it. We had to pay $136. 00 for another tire. Today 9/26 i had to travel 50+ miles with my two babies and 3 older kids in the van and a bulge appeared on the back drivers side tire in the exact same place as the other tire that did it just a little over a week ago. This time the van had approximately 19424 miles on it this is not a road hazard!!!! It has to be a defect and no one is listening. The dealership said they put 4 brand new tires on the van before we bought it. |
