Description of the problem	The handle on the hatch of our 2007 toyota sienna melted last year and only works off and on. It is very difficult to open, leaves black residue on your hand in the summer and freezes and won't work at all in the winter. Upon calling the dealership and toyota i was told there was no recall and this must be fixed at my cost due to warranty expiration.
