| Description of the problem | Back sliding doors on passenger and drivers side of my sienna 2007, do not open or close correctly. This has been occurring since approx august of 2009. I drive school students for a living and could not do my job today because of this incident, once again. If the doors are on automatic the drivers side slider will not close. When automatic is taken off, you still can't close it without my husband doing whatever it is that he does, only for it to happen again. The passenger side is a problem on a daily basis, when you try to open from outside, you can't, it has to be done by the automatic button. Now my saftey concern is that the driver's side door does not latch and the door remains open. |
