| Description of the problem | My 2007 toyota sienna has an average mpg readout. I reset the readout when i refill the fuel tank. When i have about 177 miles on the tank, the mpg reading instantaneously drops about . 3 or . 4 mpg. I reported this problem to the mark miller toyota dealership and they had no interest in it and refused to pursue the issue. This problem is highly repeatable and occurs each time the above sequence occurs. I report this because on the news a couple of days ago, the toyota ceo reported that they had no reported computer errors on their products. I had reported what i suspect to be a computer error and toyota didn't appear to record the report. |
