| Description of the problem | While opening front, left, drivers door noticed loud popping noise and the door did not open smoothly. Upon closer inspection found that the bottom weld of the door check had separated, due to poor quality weld. Please refer to toyota technical service bulletin nv003-07. Brought this problem to toyota service department attention and they informed me they would not fix and there was nothing else they could do. |
