Description of the problem	Neither sliding door opens. Doors remain in closed and locked position. Cable on power door snapped during operation (opening). Manual door refuses to open and remains closed at all times. Both doors functioned properly up until a month ago. Both doors malfunctioned within a month of one another. No accident occurred during this time. The car has not sustained any body damage during our seven years of ownership.
