Description of the problem	The power sliding door on my 2006 toyota sienna van fails to open either manually or by the power controls. The toyota dealer refused to fix it since it was past the warranty period. I believe this to be a safety concern since the door cannot be opened, even manually. The toyota dealer wants between $1,000 and $2,000 to fix it with no guarantees that it won't happen again.
