Description of the problemLess than a year ago a creaking noise turn into a cracking noise and now is worse like a popping sound that feel like the door is going to fall when you try to close it and when you are in the highway the door vibrates and it feels like is going to fall from the vehicle. Toyota send a notice to extend the warranty 5 yrs or 100000 and my mini van mostly is used in the weekends so i have only about 60000k for a 8 years old car (low mileage use). Of course the noise start to happen just after 5 yrs but less than 6 yrs or 100000 miles and toyota apparently does not cover the repair. I'm wandering if the door fall off from the car in the highway causing a major accident who is going to be responsible. This is very common problem of a welding joint and this should not be happening if proper work have been done. I invite you take prompt action and push toyota for a recall regarding the front door welding problem. Cost of replacement is above 2k. I hope to heard soon from you. Thanks
