Description of the problem	Driver's side front seat belt becomes folded and entrapped in the slot where it comes out of side column and will not retract, making it absolutely useless for its intended purpose. This result in driver not being restrained properly. Have taken it back to dealer at least 3 times to have them release the entrapment as well as fixing it myself numerous times. My wife cannot do the repair herself so she is often driving around basically with no seat belt until she get to the dealer or home for it to be repaired.
