| Description of the problem | I, together with my family had a car accident that happened in stamford, ct. A car struck my van perpendicularly at the left rear wheel which caused it to spun 180 degrees. As the collision occurred my seatbelt suddenly unbuckled which resulted myself slamming on the side door and incurring multiple contusion. I filed a report to toyota motors about it, and they sent someone to look at it. According to their inspector there is no malfunction to my seatbelt. He concluded that i might had accidentally press the release button at the time of the accident. I have not touched the release button of the at the time of the accident. So far i haven't heard anything from them as of now. By the way, my van is a 2006 toyota sienna le awd . I was at the right second row when the accident occurred. |
