| Description of the problem | 1. We were at church and tried to push the power door button to open the door, it opened fine, but when it went to close, it made a grinding catching noise and kept stopping partially closed and re-opening. We then had to manually close it and when doing so heard a loud pop. Upon further investigation at home, the door cables at the top corroded on the outside, frayed, and caused the jam, which ultimately caused the breakage. This is not a sufficient weather proof cable, and failure costs to repair over 1800. We have not yet attempted to repair due to cost being so high. |
