Description of the problem	Dt*: the contact stated that both of the vehicle's headlights are aimed towards the ground. The vehicle was modified by a mobility industry in 01/06 to accommodate disabled passengers. The vehicle's independent rear suspension was replaced with a solid axle which raised the rear of the vehicle 2 inches causing the headlights to be aimed 50ft ahead. The mobility industry was notified about the defect on the 07/13/06 and determined that nothing could be done. The vehicle was then taken to the dealer who determined that nothing could be done.
