| Description of the problem | I bought a toyota sienna 2006 certified used vehicle last dec. 09, 2010. After driving for just less than 4 months i noticed that the srs light started to blink while driving to work. I informed my dealer 4 days later through email. But the lights went off a day after before i came down to his place and had been working normally for about 7 months. Then the issue came back again, brought it down to south coast toyota and was told that code: b0116 driver side airbag and wiring loom need to be replaced for $3426. Toyota was informed but said it was not covered by warranty. I am severely disappointed as the reason i bought a certified used car and pay the price was the assurance that i will not get a lemon. But i was wrong and toyota's assurance on quality of certified used car is purely crap. |
