Description of the problem	The air bag light flashes. Toyota replaced the harness under the front passenger seat and shortly the problem came back. I had received notice that there was an issue but toyota kept the notice and now will not acknowledge therthat is an issue. Toyota claims th harness is defective and will cost to fix. This should not be an issue for a vehicle that has never b en in an accident.
