Description of the problem	The paint/coating on my rims is bubbling and flaking off. It has been getting steadily worse since i purchased the vehicle used in 2009. I have not tried to contact a dealer about it as it is beyond the 36 month warranty period and any special adjustment from toyota likely would be a huge up-hill battle and would probably just end up wasting my time.
