| Description of the problem | Power sliding door stuck open. Wouldn't budge - we live in the upper peninsulla of michigan and this happened during the middle of winter as we were getting our children to school. Temps were in the single digits with wind chills -10 to -20 degrees. Had to physically force the door shut to close it. It's still in the same state i left in. Doesn't open. It's just barely closed/latched so the beeper doesn't go off indicating the door is ajar. Cable is broken. Other door is slowly closing on power and when turned off (power option) the door sometime won't stay open but will slide back to closed position. Super heavy door and little children don't create a safe environment. |
