Description of the problem	Bought a new toyota sienna from alderman's in rutland vt. It is a 2005 model. Eggress to the back two rows of seats is by means of two large electronically controlled doors. One can not be opened at all and has to be replaced. Dealer says this is a problem that they have encountered before. The other he managed to get operable but my wife has trouble getting the door shut as it is very stiff. It is very dangerous to have a multi passenger vehicle that most passengers may not be able to get out of in an emergency. This is a serious design flaw and there should be a recall on given that it is a frequent known problem with a high potential of being dangerous. L. It has been a month now since the dealer said he would order the parts, i have heard nothingparts and call me when they come in. He has not called.
