| Description of the problem | 2005 toyota sienna. Liftgate will not stay open or closed using the remote. Struts have been replaced (twice) by the dealer. The problem still exists. They did extend the warranty to deal with this kind of problem, but will only fix it if the strut was causing the problem. They "think" it may be the motor, but really don't know. |
