Description of the problem	Drivers side door started to make cracking popping noises when the door is opened and closed. The weld inside the door is faulty. This problem occurred after the additional warranty period but within the mileage limit. Hinge needs to be welded or the entire door replaced. Both options at owners expense. This is a faulty design that should not have a limited warranty.
