Description of the problem	This is happening over a month now. Every time when we open the driver side door a metal grating sound comes out. We thought this was due to lack of lubrication.. Took it to the toyota dealer he suggested to discuss this with toyota body shop. I was told that there is a problem with door hinge welding and cannot fix it. They says my van warranty runs out and it is going to cost me $3500 to replace the entire door. Toyota didn't do a good job on my car.. Due to this i have to pay $3500 from my pocket?
