| Description of the problem | We have a sienna xle limited 2wd van with automatic sliding passenger doors. Upon trying to open the driver's side passenger door, the wire snapped and made it virtually impossible to either open or close the door all the way. We turned the door's automatic feature off in order to try and close it manually with only limited success. This is the second such incident as this has happened before, but on the passenger side. Very unsafe, especially for those passengers in the back who now have no way of escape except through breaking of windows. |
