Description of the problem	Driver side front door -check pocket welding points broken driver side front door was giving click and other noises during open and close. It started about 4 years ago. I thought it may just require a few drops of lubricating oil. Eventually, the click noise becomes louder and louder. Mid last year, the driver side front door -check pocket gave away. Every time you open and close the door, it gives very loud crack and the door is not properly checked. I've found that there are multiple welding points of the pocket to the door body and some welding points gave away over time. But eventually, part of the pocket gave away and it becomes loose. I had cars older than this and never had such issue. It is definitely a quality issue or design flaw. Because the door is not properly checked, it may cause safety issue in windy or sloped situation when you open or close door. I contacted toyota and after many emails and phone calls, they replied and said that they won't do anything about it. None of my other cars or my friends cars (not toyota) have such issue even though some of those cars are older and have more mileages. This kind of customer service from toyota is not acceptable.
