| Description of the problem | The sliding back door will not open. The motor is still working but the door will not open. It can not be opened manually either. This is a huge safety issue for my children in case of an accident. The is no way to exit the car from the back seats on the passenger side. There should always be a way to manually open the door. I have researched this on the internet and there are a lot of complaints from many people having the same safety issue. |
