Description of the problem	2005 toyota sienna, manual rear lift gate struts have failed, will no longer hold the lift gate open. Toyota sent out a notice for power lift gates with the same problem. I took this complaint to two local dealerships and they stated that my vin number was not included in the notice. We are fortunate that this did not result in any injuries.
