| Description of the problem | Rear hatch on my 2005 toyota sienna is not staying open. When i open the rear door, it automatically closes on me without notice. This could be dangerous seeing as the rear door is very heavy. Door has not been repair as the dealership wants us to pay 583 dollars for the repair. I think this is something the manufacturer should address and have a recall. It seems to be a common issue and nhtsa has a case currently open(ea06020). |
